Dinner With Friends

Two married couples have been best friends for years.  Karen and Gabe give a dinner for Beth and Tom, but Tom doesn't attend.  Beth eventually reveals that Tom has left her for another woman.  Gabe and Karen are crushed as their dreams of growing old together with their best friends dissolve around them.  Both couples have to learn what it means to move on whether you like it or not - and whether you agree with your friends' choices or not.  It's a warm, touching comedy/drama that is poignant and deeply affecting by its end..
